Construction has been my passion for as long as I can remember. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Rob and I founded Arnold Construction Services to bring that passion to life — delivering high-quality, detail-driven shop fit-outs backed by reliable, all-in-one service.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to run efficient, multi-trade jobs from start to finish. For me, it’s not just about getting the job done — it’s about doing it right, building strong relationships, and taking pride in every stage of the process.

Robert Arnold - Director
I began my career in construction straight from school in 1999, combining hands-on site experience with a three-year college course in bench hand joinery. That early start gave me a solid grounding in traditional building methods, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of life on-site.
Over the years, I’ve worked my way up — from tradesperson to site supervisor, into management, and now fully into my role as Director of Arnold Construction Services. Each step of the journey has shaped my approach to leading projects and teams, and deepened my knowledge of site operations, health & safety, and efficient project delivery.
My journey has always been driven by hard work, consistency, and a genuine passion for construction. Today, I take full responsibility for overseeing operations across all our sites — ensuring that every job is completed on time, to the highest standard, and within budget. I’m equally committed to developing our workforce, building strong client relationships, and upholding the values that set us apart.
